Procurement Specialist Location: Perth CBD (Candidates must currently reside in Perth, WA) Employment Type: Permanent, Full‐time Salary: $70 per hour plus superannuation Start Date: ASAP to End December **** Are you an experienced procurement specialist who can operate across strategy, sourcing, contracting and stakeholder management in a complex corporate environment? Key Responsibilities Lead category strategy development and execution across the assigned portfolio Own end‐to‐end sourcing activities, including SoW development, RFPs, supplier evaluation and selection Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, including pricing, terms and conditions, risk mitigation and performance measures Manage a high volume of active contracts and new procurement requirements concurrently Ensure contractual benefits are realised, including cost savings, cost avoidance and performance outcomes Lead supplier performance management, including issue resolution, disputes, claims and corrective actions Conduct ongoing commercial negotiations to support evolving business needs Partner with senior stakeholders to align procurement outcomes with business objectives Support regional implementation of global procurement strategies and programs What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management or Finance 3–5+ years' experience in a similar procurement or commercial role Sound business and commercial knowledge, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting Demonstrated experience developing procurement strategies and negotiating contract terms Proven ability to influence and maintain effective stakeholder relationships Strong English communication, time‐management and problem‐solving skills Currently based in Perth, WA with full working rights and ability to attend the office as required Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
