Contract Administrator (Perth)

Colas is a subsidiary of the Bouygues Group which includes over 200,000 staff worldwide. The Role We are seeking a highly organised Contract Administrator to join our team based in Perth, WA. Reporting to the Major Projects Manager, this role will support a major infrastructure project and is critical in ensuring the smooth coordination of project documentation, reporting and administrative processes. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with the view to be extended. Key Responsibilities Monitor and record project costs, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs Review, verify, and process invoices from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contract terms Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in cost and revenue tracking systems, ensuring all transactions are properly documented Analyse revenue and costs associated with projects undertaken and provide insights/comments on any variances Prepare and issue purchase orders for external engagements in accordance with procurement policies and authority limits Process and maintain contract documentation including dockets, supervisor reports, lot packs, safety records, employee records & other records generated during daily operations Act as a point of contact between project teams, subcontractors, and the finance department to resolve payment or cost-related issues General office upkeep duties About You Previous experience in a Contract Administrator role and/or Costing environment (construction or infrastructure industry preferred) Strong organisation skills with a high attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft OfficePrevious experience with document management systems Excellent communication skills Ability to manage competing deadlines Culture And Benefits At COLAS Australia our people are vital to our success.
