O'Brien® is seeking a motivated, mechanically minded individual to join our Bayswater Service Centre as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter. This role offers full on‐the‐job training, a nationally recognised CertificateIII in Automotive Glazing, and a transparent career path within a leading national brand. Responsibilities Undertake the O'Brien® CertIII in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program. Repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards. Perform ADAS windscreen re‐calibrations. Carry out glass chip repairs. Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner. Represent the O'Brien® brand with pride and reliability. Qualifications Experience in the automotive industry (highly regarded). Manual driver's licence (highly regarded). Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools. Strong work ethic and desire for a long‐term career. Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products. Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn. Strong organisational and time‐management skills. Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure.
