About the Role & Project MACA is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor for the Karlawinda Gold Project in the Pilbara region of
Western Australia. The role is permanent, full‐time, on an 8‐6 (DS/NS) FIFO roster from Perth. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate drill maintenance crews, ensuring effective utilisation of personnel and equipment, clear communication of work requirements, and competency in assigned maintenance tasks. Oversee safe, compliant maintenance operations by enforcing HSE procedures, isolations, permits, and risk controls in line with site and legislative requirements. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on‐the‐job training to maintenance personnel, while monitoring shift performance to achieve planned maintenance and equipment availability targets. Plan, schedule, and support preventative and corrective maintenance activities in collaboration with operations and reliability teams to minimise downtime. Inspect, audit, and verify the condition of drill equipment, tools, and maintenance facilities, ensuring defects are identified, reported, and rectified. Report maintenance issues and deviations from plans, complete required documentation, and lead investigations into equipment failures, incidents, or near misses. Required Experience and Skills Experience leading a team in a mining production environment. Extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities. Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline. Current WA driver's licence and relevant high‐risk tickets. Attend and contribute to pre‐shift, toolbox and safety meetings. Epiroc T45 experience desirable. Good attention to detail and ability to deliver high standards. Willingness to take ownership of the drills. AMT and Pronto experience desirable.
