We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and experienced Security Officers to join our team in full-time positions supporting Department of Defence contracts across various locations within the Perth Metropolitan area. Minimum 6 months security officer experience is required for this position. Must hold a current and valid security licence at the time of application. Candidates must possess either Baseline or NV1 security clearance at the time of application. SIGN ON BONUS for candidates who hold current security clearances!! The primary role includes, but not limited to:
- Provide high-quality front-line customer service and support
- General security duties including administration tasks
- Risk identification and issue resolution
- Reporting and recording incidents and various other activities whilst on shift
- Skilled conduct and appearance at all times
- Confidently perform the role of Security Officer within a team & independently. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR To be considered for an opportunity for this role, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience and appropriate certification within the following areas:
- Current and valid WA Security License;
- Current and valid First Aid Certificate;
- Proven previous Security Officer Experience (Desirable);
- Must have Driver's License and own transport;
- MUST be Australian Citizen;
- 24/7 availability and able to work across a rotating roster;
- Intermediate computer literacy;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal);
- Professional personal presentation;
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Prior or current serving ADF, Law Enforcement or Specialist Security background will be highly regarded.
