MMFS is currently seeking experienced Civil Operators for a range of upcoming and ongoing projects across Perth Metro (NOR & SOR) and Garden Island.

We are recruiting for several clients and have opportunities available for operators looking for ongoing work, temp-to-permanent positions, and long-term career progression within the civil construction industry.

Roles Available
- Multi-Skilled / All Rounder Operators (Skid Steer, Loader, Excavator, & Graders)
- GPS Final Trim Excavator Operators
- GPS Final Trim Posi Operators
- HC Drivers with machinery operating experience
- Leading Hand Operators
- Operators looking to progress into Supervisory roles What's On Offer?
- Ongoing projects across Perth Metro and Garden Island
- Monday to Friday rosters
- Competitive rates, typically $50–$60+ per hour depending on experience and project requirements
- Temp-to-permanent opportunities
- Work with reputable civil construction contractors
- Genuine career progression opportunities Requirements
- Previous civil construction or mining experience
- Relevant operating tickets
- Current White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Robust commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Multi-Skilled / All Rounder operating experience highly desirable
