About The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for the installation of cables and components to generators & switchboards, communications and control systems. Repairing and maintaining power, lighting and dewatering equipment and be able to read technical diagrams and schematics. Oversee and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.

- Be physically able to lift & move items
- Positive communication skills (written/interpersonal)
- Ability to read and understand schematic drawings
- Good Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to follow instructions when given Requirements:


- Electrical Trade certificate
- Grade A State Electrical Licence
- A minimum of 2 years post trade experience
- Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) Training within 12 months of conclusion date
- Cardiopulmonary Perform Resuscitation (CPR) Training within 12 months of conclusion date
- Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge
- Experience in renewable energy field
- Experience with dewatering pumps and generators
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines to meet AS 3000 If you have Site Supervisory / Leading Hand experience and are working towards obtaining S26 we would be very keen to speak with you. What We Offer:
