The Position:
- Prepare high-quality dishes for corporate events, tech-savvy sites, and VIP clientele.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver fine dining experiences with precision and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
- Handle special dietary requirements and customize menus for high-profile guests.
- Showcase your culinary creativity while adhering to high standards of excellence. The Person:
- 2+ years’ experience as a CDP or above in high quality kitchens, including corporate dining, well-regarded restaurants, or 5-star hotels.
- Proven experience in premium events, high-end corporate catering or refined dining.
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
- A genuine passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food in a timely manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to culinary excellence.
- A calm, respectful demeanour, along with confident and clear communication, is essential in this environment.
- Exceptional grooming and personal presentation in all settings. The Benefits:
