Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator
- Part-Time (Adelaide) Join a small, boutique dental clinic known for quality care and a warm patient experience. We are a modern, privately owned boutique dental practice looking for new Part-Time Dental Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a small, supportive team where patient relationships and quality care really matter. About the Role You'll play a central role in ensuring a smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional experience for every patient. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients with professionalism and warmth
- Managing appointments, recalls and treatment schedules
- Processing HICAPS, payments and treatment estimates
- Phone and email communication with patients, labs and suppliers
- Daily administrative support (reports, filling, stock coordination)
- Occasional basic chairside assisting when required (training provided) Optional: Marketing support
- Social Media Post, Newsletters, Patient engagement. About You You’ll thrive in this role if you appreciate a calm, boutique setting and enjoy getting to know patients rather than rushing them through. You will ideally have: Dental or medical reception experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Solid computer literacy and confidence learning software A proactive, organised, “can-do” attitude High attention to detail and a polished presentation Bonus skills (any of the following): Experience with EXACT dental software and Xero Social media or basic marketing Treatment coordination experience General admin and office support skills Hours & Pay
- Part-time: 2–3 days per week (flexible)
