Contract Administrator – Commercial (Perth)

Expand your Contract Administration career and work within a growing commercial company Hays is currently recruiting a number of contract administrators for both Design & Construct and Fitout construction companies. Whether you want to work within a fitout, accommodation or within a Tier 2 company on larger projects, we have the job for you.
- Fitout Options: Based in East Perth, working on projects from $2M-10M Heavy Refurb/Construction projects and traditional office Fitout’s

- Design & Construct: Option to work on apartments or a mix of hotels, schools & townhouses

About the Company

- Working within a small team of 15+ staff on hospitality, commercial, accommodation & retail projects in Perth.
- All of these Contract Administrator positions are office-based, and you will have the support of project administrators, project managers and construction managers.
- Working within a growing ambitious team environment. About the Role

- As a contract administrator, you will work with 4 other contract administrators and 6+ project managers on a variety of exciting projects.
- All contract administrator duties such as subcontractor management, PO's, variations, notices etc.
- Ensuring contracts are adhered to in terms of budget and workflow
- Report to the project manager and work with them
- All other administrative & contract duties
- Heavy refurbishment/construction projects and traditional office fit-outs
- Refurbishment and Fit out – immediate start What you need to succeed

- Prior experience as a project administrator with contract administration exposure
- Contract administration experience within Fit out is an advantage.
- A degree in construction or similar is an advantage.
