Job Description Lead Dentist – Clinical Leadership Opportunity | Perth CBD Step into a true clinical leadership role at one of Perth’s most established and high-performing dental practices. This is an prospect to lead, mentor, and shape clinical excellence while working in a boutique, fully equipped CBD practice with strong patient demand. About the Practice: Perth Central Dental Centre is a well-established, 5-chair practice located directly opposite Perth Train Station, making your daily commute simple. Since 2012, we’ve built a reputation for high-quality, comprehensive dental care, supported by a team of 30+ professionals and consistent patient flow 7 days a week. Our services include:
- Wisdom teeth removal (IV sedation)
- Dental implants & surgical extractions
- Specialist periodontal treatment (on-site Periodontist) You’ll be supported by state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography, CAD/CAM systems, rotary endodontics, and advanced sterilisation. The Chance: As Lead Dentist, you’ll play a key role in both clinical delivery and team leadership, working closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance, culture, and patient outcomes. Key responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and support a team of dentists and clinicians
- Deliver high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
- Oversee clinical standards, protocols and continuous improvement
- Drive a positive, collaborative and high-performance team culture
- Contribute to patient experience and practice growth About You:
- AHPRA-registered Dentist with strong clinical experience
- Proven ability (or interest) to step into a leadership/mentoring role
- Passionate about patient care, quality outcomes and team development
- Confident across general dentistry (cosmetic experience highly regarded)
