Administrator/ Service co-ordinator (Perth)

About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator/Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team at Efficient Refrigeration. This part-time role will be based in our Perth office and will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations. What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team, including diary management, travel coordination, and document preparation
- Liaising with customers and clients to coordinate service requests and schedules
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to service delivery
- Co-ordinating technicians on site
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline administrative processes
- Providing backup support to the customer service team as needed What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or service co-ordinator, preferably within the refrigeration or HVAC industry
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience as an administrative assistant or service co-ordinator is required
- Experience within the HVAC or Service industry is strongly preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software ( Simpro)
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
