The Role

This role is a member of a hardworking, proactive and committed team who are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the Utilities Plant under the direction of the Supervisor. Performing planned maintenance, reactive breakdown maintenance and shutdown work across the area Leading teams from 6 to 20 across multiple work fronts Daily entry, creation & reporting of timesheets, hazards and pre-starts for direct employees & contractors Providing a valuable contribution with resource allocation and planning Liaising with production personnel regarding operational requirements and targets Performing the Supervisor’s role and duties during their absence About You

Hold Australian recognised Mechanical Fitter Qualifications S26 Statutory Supervisor required Proven previous experience leading a team in a similar environment Can do attitude, self‑driven and determination to achieve goals Prior exposure to working with Work Area Permit Systems Certificate IV in leadership and management, basic dogging/rigging, WAH, CSE, LF, and EWP tickets are advantageous What We Offer
