Senior Consultant , you will support the design and delivery of client projects across organisational performance, workforce strategy, operating model design, change, governance and people capability. You’ll work closely with Project Leads and clients to understand the real issue, analyse information, develop practical options and translate complexity into clear, useful outputs. This is a hands-on consulting role. You’ll contribute to thinking, writing, analysis, facilitation, client engagement and project delivery. No two projects will look the same, which is part of the appeal. What you’ll do support the design and delivery of consulting projects across strategy, organisational design, workforce transformation and change analyse structures, operating models, governance arrangements and workforce data to identify practical improvement opportunities prepare high-quality reports, briefing papers, presentations, diagnostic tools and client-ready materials conduct research and translate findings into clear, actionable insights contribute to stakeholder engagement, workshops and consultation activities draft clear and compelling communications, including strategic, policy and change materials coordinate project activities, timelines, documentation and stakeholder inputs support the development of learning materials, performance frameworks and implementation resources contribute to job classification and role design work using established methodologies What you’ll bring experience in strategic HR, organisational development, workforce strategy, change, policy, talent, consulting or a related field strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information excellent written communication skills and the ability to tailor messages for different audiences sound judgement, curiosity and systems thinking confidence working with stakeholders in complex environments adaptability and a practical, solutions-focused mindset care for quality, without needing everything to be perfect before taking the next step Experience in government, not-for-profit, private sector or consulting environments would be highly regarded.
