The role The Wine Bar Manager is responsible for the management of Crown Perth's new exquisite Wine Bar, Gladstones. This role is responsible for implementing operational plans for the outlet, engaging, and developing the team and building effective relationships utilising a service-focused, energised, and an authentic leadership style. Opening hours of the venue will be Wednesday
- Sunday (Evenings) Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day to day operations of the venue.
- Develop relationships with local wineries and suppliers
- all in consultation with Director of Wine and GM Restaurants.
- Implementing the business plan in the outlet.
- Monitor and improve consistency of quality product and services to enhance overall customer experience and champion the service values through the business.
- Price and design wine list in accordance to budgeted cost of sale targets.
- Mentors and coaches bar team to improve operational and service capabilities
- Develops and delivers initiatives to maximise outlet performance About you You’ll bring the following
- Strong wine knowledge required, particularly relating to West Australian wines
- Proven experience in Writing and creating wine lists
- Demonstrated operational Food & Beverage venue management experience
- Experience with 'fine wine' for both service and conversation/interaction with guests.
