Customer Support & Warehouse Coordinator (Perth)

We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to support our WA operations based in Malaga through a combination of customer service and warehouse coordination. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Support
- Manage incoming phone calls and provide prompt, professional assistance to customers and internal teams.
- Support counter sales as required, ensuring a positive customer experience. Warehouse Coordination
- Coordinate day‑to‑day warehouse operations to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Manage stock movements, including receiving, dispatching, and inventory accuracy.
- Assemble braking kits and associated products to required standards.
- Ensure all assembled items meet quality and safety requirements.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks to support operational needs.
- Ensuring warehouse is maintained in a clean and tidy manner with the TES guidelines. About You
- Forklift and driver's licences essential
- Previous warehouse/storeperson experience.
- Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of reliability.
- Mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands‑on work.
- Basic computer skills for inventory.
