Security is a highly skilled team, playing an important part in making Crown a welcoming place for our guests through maintaining a culture of care and excellence. Crown Perth offer the opportunity to sign up to our 3-week training school to complete your Certificate II in Security Operations. After successful completion of the course, you will be invited to interview with our Security Management team to obtain a job as a part time Security Officer. In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and identities. You'll bring:
- Checking ID and ensuring patrons adhere to dress code.
- Addressing undesirable behaviour.
- Escorting staff and patrons to vehicles when required.
- Preventing violent and disorderly behaviour.
- Assisting patrons who wish to be self-barred from the Casino.
- Providing support in medical emergencies.
- Assisting in the transfers of money and chips. About you You’ll bring the following
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to defuse potential conflict.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Strong customer service skills.
