Commercial Property Administrator (Perth)

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Commercial Property Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a short‑term temp assignment with the potential for extension. This role is providing essential administrative support to Commercial Property Managers currently managing a high workload. The Role You will play a key role in supporting the commercial team with a range of administrative and financial tasks, helping to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This is a hands‑on position suited to someone who is organised, adaptable, and confident working with budgets and financial data/systems. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial tracking
- Supporting reconciliations and general financial administration
- Providing administrative support across leasing activities
- Managing and organising documentation and records
- Navigating internal systems and maintaining accurate data
- General support to Commercial Property Managers About You
- Experience working with budgets, financials, or reconciliations within commercial property
- Experience with Property Tree and strong Excel skills essentialComfortable working with shared drives and locating information on servers
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
