Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing and reporting of accounts payable.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Head Office, conveniently located in the Perth CBD.## **Key Responsibilities*** Liaise with internal stakeholders to process supplier invoices not matched in iTrack, in line with Westgold’s Delegation of Authority (DoA)* Conduct weekly supplier payment runs and manage related queries* Set up current suppliers in accordance with company policy and maintain ongoing communication* Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, including supplier listings, trial balances, and statements* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across accounts payable processes* Ensure compliance with Westgold policies, including DoA and leave requirements during invoice processing## **About You*** Experience using Pronto and/or iTrack (preferred)* Proven experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines* A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude**The Westgold Offer:** A permanent full-time position at a successful gold producer **A range of benefits including:*** Performance based bonus* Group salary continuous insurance* A health and wellness allowance Health insurance discount* A range of Family and Medical leave policies that includes IVF, surrogacy and adoption.* Referral Bonus
