Position: Recruitment and Mobilisation Admin We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Mobilisation Admin to join our internal team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career within the recruitment and resources industry. Experience in mining recruitment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided to the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to a team of recruiters
- Assisting with mobilisation of candidates for FIFO and local positions
- Prospect to assist with blue‑collar recruitment drives
- Document control and compliance management
- Organising site inductions, booking flights and accommodation if required for candidates
- Managing and communicating professionally with employees and clients
- Answering incoming phone calls
- General administration duties as required The Ideal Candidate
- Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
