Office Manager / Project Administrator (Perth)

Role Description Part time Office Manager / Project Administrator to oversee and manage the daily administrative operations based in the Perth CBD, WA. Reporting directly to the Director, your main duties include, but not limited to:
- Coordination of project administration
- Document Control
- Human Resources
- administration assistance
- Coordination + management of various external Consultants
- Special Projects
- various corporate projects and systems implementation
- Marketing
- General office administration Qualifications
- Business administration TAFE or equivalent, desired but not necessary Experience
- At least 8 years in an office environment with minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position, in the Mining or Consulting Engineers industry would be favourable
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, SharePoint, Word, Outlook
- Remuneration will be based on applicable experience and expertise
- Working in a small office with direct access to the owners and the ability to influence the direction of the Company
