Member Solutions Consultant - Outbound (West Perth)

About the role As an outbound sales and service consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to members daily
- Having meaningful conversations with our existing members on their current RAC products
- Providing support and general advice to new members
- Work to conversion not product sales This is a fulltime permanent position working Monday
- Friday 9am to 5pm. About you We’re looking for adaptable customer service and sales professionals who bring:
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations
