The Role We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to take on a dual role, with a primary focus on Housekeeping and some guest appearances in Front Office Reception. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences – both behind the desk and behind the scenes. Housekeeping Duties
- Clean and prepare cabins and communal facilities to a high standard
- Ensure a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for all guests
- Work efficiently, independently, and with attention to detail Reception Duties:
- Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our booking system (RMS knowledge a plus)
- Provide information about the park and local attractions
- Manage daily office administration and handle cash/card transactions
- Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in front office reception and/or housekeeping
- A passion for delivering great customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident with computers and reservation systems (RMS preferred)
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
- A current, valid driver’s licence is essential
