Site Administrator / Mobilisation / Project / Maintenance (Casual) Location: Perth Posted on May 12 Overview Scotford Fennessy is partnering with several resource clients to find experienced Site Administrators for various rosters. Ongoing casual, temp, or permanent work is available with multiple mining clients. Applicants must meet the required criteria; those who do not have direct FIFO experience or only have village/utility experience will not be contacted. Responsibilities
- Full site administration duties
- Manage site roster, flight bookings and accommodation allocation using INX/In‑Flight or other travel and mobilisation systems
- Record minutes of meetings and departmental information
- Ensure office functions (administration, document control, filing system, records, clerical recording, software licensing, etc.) are effectively managed and organised
- Raise POs, receipting and reconcile invoices using Pronto or SAP
- Maintain stock, PPE, uniforms and stationery Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a FIFO workplace with advanced communication skills across shifts
- Background in site administration or a similar role with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure (essential)
- Ability to create, maintain and improve systems and business processes
- High level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel), Pronto, INX/In‑Flight and SAP
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced FIFO remote environment
- Track record of building strong relationships, supporting various teams and showing initiative Requirements
- Australian driver’s licence (manual)
- National Police Clearance
