- Streamlined systems and procedures in place The Position Working closely with a Senior Property Manager, you will be trained and supported across all aspects of a well‑managed portfolio. Your Duties Include
- Assisting with day‑to‑day portfolio management
- Conducting ingoing, routine and final inspections
- Liaising with tenants, owners and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance requests
- Processing applications and administration tasks
- Learning systems, procedures and best practice PM processes
- Delivering excellent customer service Skills & Experience
- Previous inspections or Assistant Property Management experience preferred OR someone new to the industry with a fantastic attitude to learn
- Strong communication skills
