- Deliver training and assessments for safe, productive underground service installation, maintenance, and repair in line with plans and safe working procedures
- Guide crews on service installation, task sequencing, quality, and safe work practices
- Provide practical training in ventilation, dewatering, pumping, and other infrastructure systems
- Identify hazards and improvement opportunities, promoting a strong safety culture
- Collaborate with supervisors to maintain accurate and compliant training materials and records
- Support training and operational needs across NSMS sites with flexible rosters Qualifications & Experience
- Current C Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
- Minimum 3 years experience in underground service crew roles
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE or equivalent (preferred, but not essential)
- Experience in safe and efficient underground service installations
- Experience with ventilation, dewatering, pumping, and infrastructure installation
- Experienced in safely hanging and removing secondary ventilation fans
- Paste fill installation experience an advantage
