Available Positions Line Chefs Working closely with the Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner while upholding ISS’s reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
- Casual weekend roles are available, with a strong possibility of permanent opportunities soon.

- Support meal preparation, service and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food and outstanding service. About You
- Current National Police Check.
- Ability to obtain a pre-employment medical clearance, including drug and alcohol testing.
- Relevant trade qualifications where applicable.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above.
- Defence or military experience – highly desirable.
- Open to obtaining a Defence Clearance through our process.
- Previous experience in cleaning, catering, or housekeeping is an advantage but not essential – full training is provided. What We Offer
