To start, you’ll attend your group induction at Head Office, to learn more about The Y way. After you’ll head off to your allocated OSHC service at Fremantle Primary School or Mosman Park Primary School. Once you’ve settled in, you’ll get stuck into implementing effective service programmes, monitoring behaviour and ratios, while building positive relationships with the children and their parents. - Have a natural desire to help children develop and learn while kick-starting your career in the children services industry
- Love inspiring and educating primary school age children
- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
