- A qualification in IT (Advanced Diploma or Bachelor) with optionally relevant hands‑on experience
- Someone who takes initiative and learns on the fly
- A great communicator with excellent written and spoken English
- Friendly, well‑presented, and reliable with strong time management
- Keen to learn and grow, with opportunities to progress to more senior roles within the team
- Genuine passion to help others
- Valid C‑Class driver’s licence and access to a car
- Any relevant experience in the following:
- Supporting Azure AD, Entra, Intune and Hyper‑V
