Senior Consultant or Manager, Indirect Tax (Perth)

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager with significant GST expertise to join our Indirect Tax team in Perth, working directly under the guidance of a new partner. In this role, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary group of tax professionals who possess outstanding technical and industry knowledge. This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape and grow the Indirect Tax practice from the ground up, advance your career in GST/indirect taxes, and develop a diverse set of skills while delivering solutions to clients. Candidates with experience in fuel tax and/or state taxes will also have the opportunity to further develop this area of specialisation as part of the expanding team.

- Undertake relevant postgraduate study in accounting and/or law (including practical legal training) About You
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience within professional services, law firm or a regulatory environment (Government or Industry)
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business or Law
- Demonstrated experience working in a Professional Services, Legal firm or the ATO
- Excellent client advisory and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively as part of a team
