Payroll Officer (Perth)

The Role We are seeking a Payroll Officer to join our Finance Division. Reporting to the Financial Controller and supported by a Financial Administrator, you will process accurate fortnightly payroll for our workforce in this full‑time permanent role based at our Perth Head Office.
- Processing of end‑to‑end payroll using Pronto
- Interpretation and application of relevant awards and contracts
- Oversee payroll services including payroll systems, maintenance of employee databases and entitlements
- Addressing payroll related queries and providing solutions promptly
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of payroll records
- Interpreting company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures What You Will Need
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Pronto is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer literacy and competence in using the Microsoft Office suite of products
- An organised approach to work, excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through on activities
- Ability to work as a team member as well as autonomously What We Offer
