Test Manager - ERP implementation (Perth)

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Test Lead / Manager to join our team in Perth. Your responsibilities include taking ownership of all testing for the program, producing the testing strategy and Test Plans for each stream, managing UAT and defects, leading a team of DXC resources, and liaising with client stakeholders, vendors and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle and Microsoft implementations. Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in software testing, including at least 5 years in a Test Manager role.
- Experience working on ERP implementation projects such as Oracle, SAP or Microsoft.
- Prior experience developing test strategies, schedules and plans.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to bring disparate teams together.
- Solid understanding of both manual testing and test automation.
- Solid understanding of test methodologies and debugging tests.
