Join the Public Transport Authority’s (PTA) Business Transformation Program (BTP) and play a key role in reshaping how we deliver services, insights, and operational excellence. As a Project Support Officer within the Finance and Contracts Division, you will provide high-level program, administrative, and commercial support across a dynamic and fast-paced transformation environment. You will coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare high-quality reports and presentations, track program risks and performance, and act as a central liaison for internal and external stakeholders. This is a varied, hands-on role where your proactive approach, strong organisational capability, and ability to anticipate program needs will directly contribute to successful delivery outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly organised and adaptable professional with demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities in complex environments. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, communicate clearly across all levels, and have a proven ability to interpret information into meaningful insights and concise reporting. With a solid understanding of finance, procurement, or project environments, you are confident supporting commercial processes, managing documentation, and maintaining data integrity. You are collaborative, analytical, and solutions-focused, with well-developed problem-solving skills and advanced computer proficiency. Most importantly, you are a proactive team player who thrives in change, continuously seeks improvement, and understands how your contributions drive broader program success. About You! - Highly developed planning, coordination, and administrative skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple activities in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Stakeholder management capability, including effectively balancing expectations across competing priorities.
- Working knowledge of financial, procurement, or contract administration processes.
- Proven information management skills, including the preparation, analysis, and presentation of reports and briefings.
- Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and summarise information in a clear, digestible format.
