About the role Iron Mine Contracting is expanding fast, and with a surge of new activity across the business, were now looking for a Recruitment Advisor on a 6 month fixed-term basis to join our team based in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, youll take ownership of a busy and varied portfolio, supporting end-to-end recruitment and building strong relationships across the organisation. Your focus in this role
- Undertake the delivery of end-to-end recruitment.
- Undertake onboarding activities and completion of relevant employee documentation.
- Provide recruitment advice and support to managers on recruitment policies and procedures to ensure hiring of the most suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders within the organisation.
- Ensure all work undertaken is compliant to relevant OHS legislation. What Youll Bring
- Proven experience managing high volume recruitment.
- Background in blue-collar, particularly across civil and production operations. (desirable)
- High level interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of human resource practices and legislation.
- Proven professionalism and integrity in dealing with sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records/registers.
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems. What we offer
