The Opportunity As Technical Director, you will be recognised internally and externally as a senior technical authority within Environmental Planning & Management. You will provide high‑level technical input across major projects, contribute to strategic growth initiatives and work collaboratively across disciplines to deliver outstanding client outcomes. You will bring strong commercial awareness, advanced technical capability and the ability to influence and support project outcomes across a diverse portfolio of work. This role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building trusted client relationships and contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical leadership across complex environmental planning and management projects
- Deliver high-level technical advice, troubleshooting and strategic project input
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project delivery across teams and business units
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Support business development activities, proposals and strategic pursuits
- Ensure quality project outcomes, risk management and commercial performance
- Mentor and share technical expertise with colleagues across the business
