- Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer‑led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
- Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
- Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
- Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
- Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
