Perth An exciting increase in heritage/conservation projects provides an opportunity for talented individuals to join a growing practice. We are seeking Conservation Architects, Technicians & Project Architects to join our team in Perth. We are seeking Accredited Conservation Architects, Technicians & Project Architects with approx. 3-5 years practical experience to take the lead on exciting new projects and engage directly with clients. This is an opportunity to develop a career within a growing practice and be involved in projects from inception to completion. Our portfolio includes a variety of bespoke residential and commercial projects for private clients, developers, estates and both local and multi-national businesses and organisations. We work in urban and rural contexts providing the chance for design skills to be stretched. - Accreditation with a relevant organisation (RIAS/RIBA etc.)
- Experience in preparation of:
- Conservation Condition Survey Reports
- Conservation Management Plans
- Detailing All applicants:
- Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT & Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong IT, graphic and communication skills
- Proficient technical knowledge
- Creative thinking & problem solving
- Can work independently with motivation, commitment and attention to detail
