As part of our succession planning and continued growth, we are seeking a high‑calibre Senior Manager/Associate Partner with strong tax expertise to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced tax advisory services, including corporate tax structuring and restructuring
- International and cross‑border tax matters
- CGT, Div 7A, and trust structuring
- Oversee and review high‑level compliance engagements
- Business due diligence investigation and recommendations in mergers & acquisitions
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key client relationships
- Identify and drive business development opportunities
- Mentor and lead a team of accountants and senior staff
- Contribute to firm strategy, systems, and service offerings
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and regulatory changes About You
- Minimum 8–10+ years’ experience in public practice
- Clear & demonstrated high‑level tax technical expertise
- Proven ability to handle complex advisory work independently
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
- Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring others
- Ambition to step into equity partnership
