- Location: West Perth, WA About the Organisation Join a leading not-for-profit organisation delivering counselling, mediation and community support services across Western Australia. This is a purpose-driven organisation focused on strengthening individuals, families and communities. The Opportunity An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and partner closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders. You will play a key role in financial management, reporting, compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Finance Team (Finance Assistant & Financial Officer)
- Deliver monthly financial reporting, insights and analysis
- Manage budgets, forecasting and cash flow
- Oversee financial acquittals, project costing and payroll audits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit and reporting requirements
- Manage audit, insurance and risk processes
- Support program managers with financial understanding and performance
- Prepare reports for the Board and Finance Committee
- Drive process improvements, controls and cost efficiencies
- Oversee investment management and treasury activities About You Essential:
- Degree in Accounting + CA/CPA qualified
- 5+ years’ experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong financial reporting, modelling, budgeting & forecasting skills
- Solid understanding of accounting standards and compliance
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable:
- Experience with TechnologyOne (CiA)
- Background in not-for-profit / community services
