About you
- You have prior recruitment experience in either Nursing, Aged care or Disability or even better in all three areas
- You are self-motivated and driven to succeed
- You have a history of going above and beyond expectations and have a proven history of creating lasting relationships
- Are always seeking ways to improve or develop existing and new employee / employer relationships
