Overview Are you a Human Resources Professional who can think strategically and apply contemporary Human Resource (HR) Management principles to deliver high-quality results? This could be the opportunity for you! This position is a fixed-term full-time or part-time prospect for twelve (12) months with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency. Responsibilities In this role, you will be part of the Human Resources Business Partnering team, delivering a customer-focused service across areas such as recruitment, establishment, performance management, employee relations, workplace investigations, HR policy, and grievance management. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you will bring demonstrated experience delivering complex HR services at a senior level, including managing employee relations matters and conducting or supporting workplace investigations. You will be confident in assessing complex people-related issues, undertaking fair and thorough investigations, and providing practical, risk-based advice to managers. Eligibility You must be an Australian Citizen or hold permanent residency to be considered for permanent appointments or hold a working visa covering the term of the contract (proof must be provided with your application) to be eligible for this position. A condition of employment for new employees of DFES is that a current National Police Certificate (less than 3 months old) is provided prior to commencement.
