Accounts Receivable Officer (Perth)

Manage AR invoicing, debtor collections & stakeholder support for a global marine energy leader. Full‑time position based in Perth CBD overlooking Elizabeth Quay. The Prospect As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will manage invoicing for all works performed, ensure payments are received and processed efficiently, and provide administrative support to the Operations team and external stakeholders. The role reports to the Shared Services Manager and is a full‑time permanent role at our Perth office. Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for Accounts Receivable invoices in the Company accounting system, including data collation, accurate data entry, tracking invoices and reporting.
- Accountable for receiving payments for invoices charged to the client, including debt collection, cash receipts, and bank reconciliation functions.
- Liaise with suppliers and review invoice documentation.
- Assist Project Manager with month‑end compliance.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and provide advice and information on the Company’s accounts receivable policies and procedures. Essential Experience
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly accounting software and/or SharePoint.
- Demonstrable analytical capabilities.
- Experience with IFS ERP (desirable).
