Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to research, analyse, and improve internal systems and processes
- Assist in developing workflows across quoting, production, and quality
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and process maps
- Support automation and streamlining of repetitive tasks
- Analyse current workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Assist in implementing process improvements and tracking outcomes
- Support data organisation, reporting, and basic analysis
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and feedback
