Description
Be part of something transformative. The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is embarking on an ambitious Business Transformation Program (BTP) that will modernise enterprise and corporate systems, processes and ways of working through the implementation of an ERP. As the Change and Enablement Lead, you’ll sit at the heart of this journey—guiding our people through meaningful change and helping build a future-ready organisation. This is a rare opportunity to influence large-scale transformation, working alongside passionate leaders to embed smarter ways of working, uplift organisational capability, and ensure our workforce is supported, confident and ready every step of the way. We’re looking for a hands-on, collaborative and inspiring leader who brings both expertise and heart to change. You’ll hold a relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) and have extensive experience delivering organisational change—ideally within ERP or major transformation programs—across complex environments. Known for your ability to engage and motivate others, you lead with impact, and bring out the best in people to achieve real, measurable outcomes. Adaptable, thoughtful and confident in challenging the status quo, you’re driven to build capability, strengthen leadership, and deliver change that is adopted and sustained. About You! To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, human resources, change management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Substantial experience in delivering organisational change, preferably within ERP or large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven ability to engage, influence and drive outcomes through others, including coaching and developing leaders.
- Demonstrated experience leading hands-on change delivery and achieving measurable outcomes within complex programs and operating environments.
- A flexible, reflective, and adaptable style, with the ability to constructively challenge the status quo. About Us The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is a leader in its field, driven by a simple and powerful purpose: getting everyone there. Through constant care, education and forward thinking, we provide a world-class network and workplace that will get everyone there. Under the PTA, Western Australia’s public transport system is the best in Australia and among the most efficient, clean and safe networks globally. With over 150 million boardings across all services during FY24/25, our buses, ferries and trains move the people of WA where they need to go. Moving millions of people requires the skill and commitment of a talented workforce, one that is fostered by a culture of inclusivity and benefits from its diversity. This is ultimately what ensures the PTA delivers on our purpose while upholding our values every step of the way. Our Values The PTA’s Values define what is significant to us.
