Our national Engagement & Change Advisory practice consists of three core capabilities with a wide range of experience, from Transformation and Change to Social impact and value, to Communication & Stakeholder Engagement delivering engagement and communication planning and delivery. Our team are responsible for recognising the lived experience of communities, stakeholders and customers by ensuring they are engaged, involved and informed in decisions that impact them
- ultimately creating better social outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Work in a dedicated team across a variety of projects and sectors.
- Support stakeholder meetings, workshops and forums to deliver on project milestones.
- Craft communications materials to support engagement efforts and project requirements.
- Carry out engagement services where social outcomes and community impact is in front of mind.
- Capture community sentiment and data through utilising our digital platforms.
- Support a pipeline of future opportunities through contribution to proposals.
- Define social value strategies or undertake social impact assessments.
- Work with our clients to deliver change strategies, implementation planning and delivery. Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Community and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience working in client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to foster and evolve relationships.
- Relevant tertiary education.
- Consultancy experience desired but not essential. Advantages and Development
