Industry Engagement Adviser – Resources (Perth)

Who You Are You’re relationship-focused, curious, and commercially aware. You enjoy engaging with industry, asking the right questions, and turning insights into meaningful input that supports decision-making and outcomes. You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience (5 years) in stakeholder engagement, industry engagement, or business development within the resources/mining sector (or a closely related industry).
- A strong understanding of the mining/resources operating environment and workforce challenges.
- Knowledge and understanding of Australia’s VET system and the Australian Qualifications Framework.
- The ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics and balance competing priorities.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience contributing to projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Even Better If You Also Have
- Direct experience within the Australian mining or resources sector.
- Exposure to workforce development, training product development, or VET reform.
- Experience working in a national or multi-state environment.
