Field Operations Manager - Contracts & Safety Leader (Perth)

Overview ETS Infrastructure Management is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic operational leader to manage day‑to‑day operations in a contracting setting. The role reports to the Contract Manager and is based in Perth Metro. Responsibilities
- Manage all Hazard Tree and Transmission field operations throughout Perth Metro.
- Ensure safety standards, company policies, and secure work practices are always adhered to.
- Develop, maintain, and nurture client relationships.
- Manage sub‑contractors and oversee sub‑contractor performance.
- Plan resources and schedule field teams.
- Achieve financial budget targets and oversee invoicing for contractual works.
- Lead and develop people, including succession planning.
- Maintain on‑site presence with field teams and conduct on‑site audits to ensure safety compliance. Qualifications and Skills
- Professional with outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Effective planning and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong people skills and the ability to engage with team and clients.
- Previous operational management experience in a contracting environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
- Experience managing a large and dispersed team in a similar industry is highly beneficial. Benefits
