Role Overview We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio across Office Print and Managed Print Services (MPS). This territory-based role focuses on retaining, expanding existing customers and driving new business growth. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of print and MPS customers, focusing on retention and contract expansion.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to optimise print fleets, improve utilisation and reduce costs.
- Drive renewals, upgrades and new business wins within your territory.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across IT, procurement and operations.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to close.
- Partner with pre‑sales, technical and service teams to deliver the right outcomes for customers. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Managed Print Services sales/account management.
- Strong knowledge of print environments and fleet optimisation.
- In-depth understanding of commercial models (CPC, leasing, managed services).
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts and winning new business.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and problem‑solving capability.
- High level of ownership, drive and accountability.
