The Opportunity We have x2 permanent opportunities for Claims Officers to join our Commercial Property Claims Team where you will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims. Your new role
- Provide delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases.
- Manage both Commercial and Domestic Claims property claims.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines and policy changes.
- Maintain good client relationships and respond to client requests promptly.
- Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent claims.
- Share information with stakeholders while considering confidentiality guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation levels and policies.
- Provide transparent and timely communication with all stakeholders. About You
- Having general insurance claims experience is advantageous.
- A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands.
- A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional.
- Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management skills.
