Lead Network Architect (Perth)

Lead Network Architect – Perth based – three‑month contract. Our client is seeking a Lead Network Architect for a client‑ and vendor‑facing role, responsible for leading key architecture priorities, managing timelines to minimise downstream schedule impacts, driving forward planning for stage delivery and audits, overseeing resources across multiple delivery streams, delivering fortnightly PSR reporting, and proactively resolving issues as they arise. Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture team in the management of all necessary Architecture items
- Develop and review solution design documents for Metro and Remote sites
- Vendor Design Documents Review (HLD, LLD, Site LLD)
- Facilities Solution Document Review and Creation (Metro and Remote)
- Treatment plans and design uplifts
- Design Harness for Program compatibility
- Collaboration with other corporate programs
- Partner with ICT operational teams on business and information planning to ensure systems‑related agency goals are met
- Provide technical input to disaster recovery planning including maintaining and undertaking testing of systems
- Liaise with external stakeholders on applications development and support in a multi‑organisational access environment
- Provide the link between the application, internal and external clients and service providers
- Maintain client liaison for the application setting, including contributing to the development of strategies to deliver customer‑focused ICT solutions
- Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, concepts, artefacts and methodologies for technical application development
- Design, plan and implement a range of information management projects within the relevant portfolio
- Monitor client service levels to ensure quality outcomes are provided
- Formulate appropriate solution options for client consideration Qualifications
- Substantial experience in strategic program end‑to‑end roadmap development
- Successfully delivered similar engagements of comparable size and complexity
- Significant experience in stakeholder engagement, maintaining relationships and strong corporate knowledge
